*Please note that, in the photo the tablet is sitting on plastic “chips”. That is so we can easily move the tablet here at our shop. The tablet is actually attached to the base when we install it in the cemetery for you.

How will the monument face? *

Please let us know if the front side the monument (the side with the names and dates) will face to the East or the West. In most cemeteries, the head is on the West end and the feet are on the East. The headstone will be placed on the West (at the head) but can face toward either the West or East.

Do both individuals share a last name? *

Please let us know if both individuals memorialized on the monument share a last name. If they do not share a last name, we will layout the stone to tactfully communicate this.

Who is on the left? *

Traditionally, in a male/female burial, the female is in the North plot and the male is in the South plot. Of course, this is only tradition and not a "rule". Please enter their name exactly as you would like for it to appear on the monument, including their last names.

Would you like to engrave text on the back side of the monument? Adding text on the back is a flat fee and you can have as much or as little text back there as you like. Some people add only the last name while others add scriptures, genealogy, poems, etc.

Concrete Pad? *

All of our memorials get a foundation. However, some cemeteries require a pre-formed concrete pad in ADDITION to our standard foundation. Please let us know if your cemetery requires a pad. If your cemetery doesn't require it, but you still want one, that's fine too!

The diamond memorial is classy and unique. Shaped similar to a diamond, this monument offers plenty of space to engrave names and dates of life, as well as additional text. It is designed to memorialize two or more people.

Tablet (Top)	Tablet is carved from beautiful Paradisio granite. It is 4' long x 8" thick x 2'4 tall. It is polished on all sides and features polished faucets on the front.
Base (Bottom)	Base is cut from Paradisio granite. It is 6' long x 1'2 wide x 8" thick. It is polished on the top and features a polished margin that wraps all the way around. It is rocky underneath the margin.
