Directions to Cemetery Plot *

We will contact the cemetery caretaker prior to installing the memorial. While they will mark exactly where they want the monument to be installed, we like to get directions to the plot from you. Please enter the block/lot/plot information if you have it. If not, please provide directions such as “drive in main gate, go straight back, about mid-way on the left next to Bob Wilson.

Monument Facing *

Most cemeteries will allow you to choose if you want the front of the monument (the side with names and dates on it) to face the East or the West. If it faces the East, it will be facing toward your loved one’s grave. If it faces West, it will be facing away from your loved one’s grave.

Cemetery Fees? *

These cemeteries charge an additional flagging fee. This fee is NOT our fee. However, we must collect the fee from you and remit to the cemetery on your behalf. Your cemetery should have made you aware of this during the plot purchasing process.

Concrete Pad? *

All of our memorials get a foundation. However, some cemeteries require a pre-formed concrete pad in ADDITION to our standard foundation. Please let us know if your cemetery requires a pad. If your cemetery doesn't require it, but you still want one, that's fine too!
